The CabinetMate™Shelf-Pin Hole Jig allows accurate drilling of eleven holes, evenly spaced at 32mm apart, in just one setting plus it can be used on cabinet sides before assembly, already assembled cabinets and face-frame or frameless cabinets. INEXPENSIVE, YET HIGHLY ACCURATE SHELF PIN DRILL JIG

Short of buying costly line boring equipment, our shelf pin drill jig is one of the easiest to use and most cost effective ways to bore shelf pin holes based on the European 32mm standard. Our jig allows for a 37mm or 64mm set back. Simply place the detachable aluminum stop on the desired side for frame or frameless applications. If a series of holes longer than the length of the template are to be drilled, insert a shelf pin through the indexing hole in the template and into one of the previously shelf pin holes to step-down the jig and maintain perfect hole spacing. Use our Snappy™5mm self-centering bit (part # 897-303) for 5mm holes or our Snappy™1/4" self-centering bit (part # 897-310) for 1/4" holes (self-centering bits not included with jig).

PRECISION JIG HELPS DRILL ACCURATE SHELF HOLES

This is a real value that does the job accurately and quickly. Simply draw lines across your board where you want the holes (I’d suggest an inch apart). Then clamp the jig onto your shelf with its built-in “quick clamp.” Set two bushing carriers over the lines at the proper inset from the edge, add your bushings and drill.
