Warren Brown and Katrina Allison were charged with five counts of child neglect this morning following a traffic stop in Boynton Beach. Officers observed their children unproperly secured in the car. Two small children were standing up on the rear seat. Another small cild was sitting between her father's feet and two infants were in car seats that were not secured to the rear seat with the appropriate straps. The children are now with a relative.
