Here are the probable cause affidavits for today’s arrests of Robert Craige Jr., 20, and Robert Craige, Sr., 45, in Delray Beach.
Craige Jr. is charged with aggravated battery with a firearm for a shooting last night in Boynton Beach that injured a 38-year-old man. The man remains hospitalized in stable condition.
Craige Jr. is also charged with criminal mischief and retaliating against a witness. Craige Sr. is charged with accessory after the fact. They were taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
The Boynton Beach Police Department thanks the Delray Beach Police Department Drone and SWAT teams for their assistance with taking the men into custody this morning.
