Here is the probable cause affidavit for the arrest of Irwing Rivera, 31, of Boynton Beach for two counts of attempted murder. Rivera was taken into custody at approximately 7:44 a.m. on Jan. 7, 2021, at 1900 N. Federal Highway by the Delray Beach Police Department. We thank them for their assistance. Rivera was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
