Here is the arrest report for Fabienne Luncy Brumaire, who was arrested today and charged with grand theft, exploitation of the elderly, scheme to defraud and false ownership information for pawned item.
Brumaire, 25, stole more than $50,000 in jewelry and silverware from an 83-year-old Boynton Beach woman. Brumaire was the woman’s caregiver in July 2012 after the victim had broken her neck and was required to stay in bed. Brumaire will be taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
