Here is the probable cause affidavit Celestino Cruz who was arrested today and charged with organized scheme to defraud, grand theft and 34 counts of forgery and uttering a forged instrument.
Cruz, a former bookkeeper for Apogee Business Services, forged, altered and deposited 34 checks totaling $31,248.73. The money was meant to pay the bills for the Meadows on the Green development.
Cruz, 56, is in the Palm Beach County Jail.
