With assistance from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Service, Boynton Beach Police today arrested Reginald L. Newsome on three counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, shooting into an occupied vehicle and convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Newsome surrendered without incident in the 900 block of South Dixie Highway in Lake Worth. Three hand guns were found in his possession. Two of the three weapons were the same caliber of the gun that is suspected in the shooting on Northwest 1st Street last Wednesday. Newsome was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
