Here is the probable cause affidavit for today’s arrest of George Simms Jr., 48, for one count of sexual battery. Simms was taken into custody this morning (7/20/17) at1331 N.W. 3rd Street in Delray Beach by members of the U.S. Marshals South Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force. Simms was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
