Congratulations to our Club Champions and to all the participants competing this year.
The first weekend in August annually kicks-off with the Golf Club Championships, followed by Tennis and hopefully this year Pickleball too! It is an exciting time to celebrate the Club and to toast the champions Whose names will be added to the Championship plaques this year!
This is also the time where we start to see a bit of transition within the Club as some of our staff members head back to school while others are traveling the country before heading back to their homelands.Please join me in wishing our departing team members well and we hope to see many of them back next year!
As quickly as some of these team members depart, we actually on-board a few new team members as well as start the 2025 recruiting process. Before we know it, we will be overseas again, lining up an amazing team for next year!
The summer is not over yet! Mark your calendars for the upcoming socials and key events in August. Friday Nights at the Linx and Wine Down Wednesday’s continue throughout the month and provide a great opportunity to welcome some of our newest members!

Club Championship month has arrived! We will have our Men’s and Ladies Club Championships on August 3rd & 4th, as well as our Couples Club Championship on August 25th. We had to cancel our PGA Junior League this year due to lack of participation, but we want to grow this group next year and hope your juniors will join us Information about our 2025 season will go out early next year but you can always visit www.pgajrleague.com to learn more about this great way to get juniors involved in the game.

August is here, it feels like it was just Memorial Day! I have been asked many questions about what the best exercise routine is. I always like to promote both strength and cardio to maintain overall physical and mental wellness. According to the American Council on Exercise, the best way to combine strength and cardio depends on your goals. Your priorities help decide the order in which you do both. For instance, if you want to get stronger, you should do strength training first, but if you want to build endurance, it’s better to start with cardio. PARCEL COD WITH ASPARAGUS AND TOMATOES
DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS
2cod loins
4teaspoonspaprika
2teaspoonssalt
2teaspoonsof black pepper handful of coriander
6garlic cloves juice of 1 lemon drizzle of olive oil
50gbutter (optional) If you use Greek yogurt use 3 5 tablespoons
8cherry tomatoes
1pack of asparagus
Make your parchment paper parcels by following the instructions above
Preheat the oven to 180℃
Begin by removing your cod loins from the packaging and patting them dry with a paper towel. Transfer the fish to a chopping board and season each side with paprika, salt and pepper. Make sure to rub the seasoning into fish and ensure each side is coated. Place the fish into the parchment parcels.
Add the washed asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the parcels.
Finely chop the garlic and coriander and scatter over the fish and veg.
Drizzle about a tablespoon of oil and the juice of half a lemon over each fish loin.
Place the fish into the oven to bake for 20 minutes
