Refusal by the publisher to accept such copy will not constitute a breach of contract. • Orders containing a provision that advertising shall not appear in proximity to, or to the exclusion of, other advertising cannot be accepted. The Desert Mobile Home News advertising columns are open to all legitimate advertisers. • The submission of an order will be constructed as an acceptance of all rates and conditions under which advertising space is sold. • The Desert Mobile Home News will not be responsible for errors when incorrect copy accompanies insertion order, or when the insertion of incorrect material has been supplied by another publication. The advertiser agrees to assume sole responsibility for statements contained in his/her copy and to protect and indemnify the publisher against any and all liability, loss or expense out of claims for libel, unfair trade practices, unfair competition, infringement of trademarks, names or patents, copyrights and proprietary rights, and all violations of the right of privacy resulting from the publication by the publisher of the advertiser’s copy. Formerly known as the “Yellow Sheet” the Mobile Home News was brought to the 21st century six years ago when we added full color, feature stories and senior center news. The primary demographics include the 55-year-old residents of the area. In addition to the thousands of snow birds that flock to the deserts for the winter, the publication also serves over 40% of this age group that live in the desert year-round. Our focus continues to be publishing an exciting newspaper to an audience that is familiar with it’s style and reach. We offer a wide variety of advertising options for local advertisers to reach the visitors and year-round residents. The Mobile Home News is distributed every Thursday (130 + Locations) in a variety of methods, club-house rack delivery and racks at RV Parks, Mobile Home Parks, Senior Centers, Libraries, CVS Locations, Key Retail and Restaurant locations.
