Palm Springs Films Hollywood films both classic and modern that feature iconic Palm Springs locations. The 1971 James Bond film, “Diamonds Are Forever,” starring Sean Connery featured the Elrod House off of Southridge Drive and Kird Douglas’ home off of east Marshall way in Palm Springs. Tim Burton’s 1985 film “Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure” featured the Cabazon Dinosaurs off of the I-10 freeway.
