Meetings The Ramada Encore Derby has three purpose built meeting rooms located on the ground floor of the hotel. Our meeting rooms have been designed for comfort and convenience, therefore ensuring your meetings run as smoothly as possible. The Encore meeting rooms all offer natural daylight and air-conditioning. Direct dial telephones are provided in all rooms while photocopying facilities, fax, and modem points are available for use in our business services area in reception. Our meeting rooms can be hired on a day delegate, 24 hour or room hire basis. Tea, coffee, lunch and dinner are all available on-site and your dietary requirements can be catered for. 3 meeting rooms accommodating up to 40 delegates 79m2 of meeting space

Accommodation All 112 bedrooms at the Ramada Encore Derby are contemporary and stylish, with everything you need for a great nights sleep. Encore bedrooms are bright, spacious and have all the facilities needed for business or leisure. All rooms have a generous work area, direct dial telephone, high speed internet tea & coffee facilities and flat screen TV with satellite channels and pay movies. The bedrooms are also air-conditioned for your comfort. All rooms have modern bathrooms equipped with a power shower to invigorate you for the day ahead. Hairdryers are provided in the rooms and if you forget some of your essential toiletries, don’t worry, we keep supplies at reception. We also provide a same day laundry and dry cleaning service so you can cut down on packing! Irons and ironing boards can be borrowed from reception. The hotel offers twin, double and family rooms as well as accessible bedrooms. Our family rooms have a sofa bed and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (children must be 18 or under on date of stay). To ensure your safety and security while in our hotel all doors have keycard locks, spy holes, chain locks and deadbolts.

Depart the M1 at junction 25, following signs for the A52 and Derby. At the roundabout, take the first exit and merge onto the A52, continue for five and a half miles. Keep left onto the slip road and at the roundabout take the fourth exit onto Derwent Parade. Continue over two small roundabouts and at the third roundabout, take the second exit onto Locomotive Way, where Ramada Encore Derby is located.
