Our staff and team of vendors provide a full and complete individualized custom design plan for your wedding or special event. Portugal White Weddings staff places and removes all decor so you, your family and your friends don’t have to interrupt wedding day plans to decorate, setup and take down. All decor will be done according to your venue’s timeline and guidelines. This design and dÊcor package includes all necessary elements for your design. We customize for every client based on specific needs, therefore pricing will vary. We do provide a detailed proposal specifically for your event after a consultation of details.

With all options of colors, angles, dimming levels, directions and transparency there is always a way to create the exact space to amaze your eyes. Staging the tables and decor in just the right positions according to the lighting are the cherries on top of icing. Lighting and staging create the atmosphere and create a room worthy of conversation!

Linens, Chair covers and Ties If you are looking to step outside the basic black or white table linens most venues provide, we have a selection of fabrics, styles and patterns to give you the option to dress up your tables. Selections include table runners, chair sashes, chair covers, napkins, table linens, cocktail table linens, overlays and more.

Floral Design: We design with fresh, silk, and paper flowers. We work very closely with our partner vendors to create breathtaking pieces that fit the design of your wedding. Our florists create bouquets, runners, floral arrangements, structures and more.

Centerpieces Our centerpieces are blueprinted by your desires. We design based on your personality, theme, story and overall emotions you want to feel on your wedding day or special event. Approximately 80% of all our designs are handmade or embellished by us. This allows us to give you a personalized stamped design. Our centerpieces may vary per table in size color or style. We can design with conformity or with an eclectic direction, with simplicity or dramatic fullness.
