PRESCHOOL 4

*Prerequisite: 3 to 5 years old and completion of Preschool 3

Participants can jump into deep water wearing a PFD; recover objects from the bottom, hold their breath underwater, float, and glide on front and back.

**Preschool 4 & 5 are combined in order to offer more class times**

Participants can do solo jumps into deep water and get out by themselves, swim front crawl 3 - 5 metres, and do flutter kick on their front, back, and side.

Swimmer 1

*Prerequisite: 5-12 years old and completion of Preschool 5 OR has never taken swimming lessons First level in Swimmer and classes are completely in the main pool.

Participants can jump into the water with and without a PFD; open eyes, hold breath, and exhale underwater, float, kick, & glide on front and back.
