Wycliffe Bible Translators are celebrating as they announce that the Bible has now been fully translated into 700 languages. They hailed newly translated Bibles in Mexico, Malawi and Nigeria as “a new milestone” in its mission to enable all people “to read or hear God’s word in their language”. The Bible translation agency estimates 5.7 billion people could potentially access the complete Old and New Testaments “in the language they understand best”, while translation work is still under way in a further 2,617 languages. “We are so happy that we now have the complete Bible”, said one participant at the launch event of the Bible in the Huichol language in Mexico in July. In Malawi the Lomwe people celebrated the publication of the Ellomwe Bible with Senior Chief Nazombe declaring: “I am grateful to God that I can witness this in my lifetime.” Gerner cautiously predicted that by 2031 the Bible will have been translated into every native language.

New research shows the rapid growth of the church in Iran, with Iranian Christians now numbering around one million. The survey of 50,000 Iranians, 90 per cent of whom live in Iran, estiamates that around 1.5 per cent approximately 750,000 to one million people identified as Christian. In an immigration ruling, judges Rintoul and Bruce accused mission groups of inflating the numbers in order to attract financial support. They claimed that it was not “remotely plausible that there are as many as 1 million people secretly practising Christianity in Iran today”. Iran is one of the worst countries in the world for the persecution of Christians. Open Doors, a charity which supports the persecuted Church, places Iran ninth on its World Watch List, ahead of both Saudi Arabia and China.
Boko Haram continues to plague Northern Nigeria and the Lake Chad region with attacks, extremism and devastating violence. This hateful group has been operating out of Borno, Nigeria, since 2002 when its founder, Mohammad Yusuf, started preaching about the evils of the West. In 2009, the group turned fully against the Nigerian government and started carrying out these violent acts. This includes hundreds of murders, abductions, bombings and destruction of villages. In order to continue this insurgency, the group had to constantly recruit new members to their evil cause.
They have used both bribery and abductions as a way to gain these new members. Many of those who are abducted are forced into slavery. Women are sold as wives and sex slaves to high up commanders in the group or supporters outside the group. Children and women are often forced to be suicide bombers by the group as well. Recent research has shown that the group is increasing their efforts to recruit children. They recruit younger children to act as suicide bombers, and older children, many of whom are already victims of the groups violence, as soldiers or suicide bombers. They promise these children protection, purpose, food and security in return for their services. For many of these devastatingly poor children, this is the best offer they will ever receive. The use of Children in war is a major war crime. The Nigerian government and the whole world needs to pay attention to this abuse and must stop these terrorists from killing so many young people. Please pray for an end to this terrible war that has destroyed so many lives over the past decade.

The begining....
Seeking secret powers
I didn't get into ministry as a false prophet but started somewhere. As a Pastor’s Child from a very young age, I used to see myself preaching and teaching the Word of God through dreams and visions. The desire and the passion to serve God grew within in me until I decided to enrol at Seminary to study Theology.
As a young Preacher, when you realise that you don’t have these ‘powers’, you began to feel intimidated and that builds ups as pressure that led me to Nigeria and the quest of obtaining “SECRET POWERS”. To be honest with you, I will say; the way we are presenting Christianity, here in Africa, it is slowly damaging the young generation of Preachers. In Africa we present Christianity is the demonstration of this supernatural power; that makes people to fall down, when the preacher prays for them, we portray Christianity as powers that make people to respect you.
In my last year of my theological training, God instructed me to start a Church in Pretoria. I planted a church in Pretoria by the grace of God. After opening this ministry I realised that it wasn't growing in numbers as I had expected. It baffled me because I did everything I was taught in Bible school like and : praying ,fasting and studying the Holy Bible, living righteously and could preach very well. But the number of members wasn't growing,

I used to believe that the success and the failure of a ministry is on the shoulders of the Pastor. This is wrong; Jesus is the only head of the Church. Yes, as Ministers in the Kingdom of God we should live right, set an example. How righteousness cannot increase church membership. When you are right with God, God reveals more of Himself to you and when people see the glory of God in your life, they can follow you. People should not follow another person, but they should follow the Presence of God in the life of that Person. Church growth is not in quantity but in quality. Remember that Jesus had only 12 followers and he produced quality Christian leaders that we all look up to. Today we have mega churches with over hundred thousand membership but it’s only few who remain loyal Christians in those numbers. So when we talk about Church growth let us not count the head of people in the Church let us look at the fruits of the Holy Spirit in their lives.
I envied these "false prophets" and their mega churches and with that I decided to draw closer to them. The only mistake I did was to think that: serving or being close with those ‘ministers’ will turn me into becoming a Powerful demon caster because being close to them cost me my life. I started by serving them, calling them: Spiritual Parents because I was looking to inherit what they had. That is why: we have to learn to be closer to God than to mortal People whom we call: Spiritual Fathers. As I got closer to them and spent a lot of time with them I realised that the lifestyle they were living was contrary to a child of God let alone a servant of God. This broke my heart but since their lifestyle didn’t affect their accuracy in prophecy, I thought that was the lifestyle and it slowly affected my character.
Iniation with the occultic world In Nigeria I was initiated into an occult. Ifa is a god they consulted to check what will be required of me to be part of the occult. - The god of thunder, iron and water spirits: are the idols I had to worship as part of my initiation.
When I came back from Nigeria, I had to visit the local river, where I had to perform some rituals. And one of the rituals was to bury the head of a pig in the Church, and when this pig started to rot and worms came out of it, instantly I saw many people coming to church. There are many rules given to an occult member depending on their level of spiritual powers. In my case I also had to do blood scarifies. I was also instructed to charge people coming for spiritual counselling and the reason was when their money was placed on the evil altars, all the people who gave their money would keep on giving without being aware that they were under the spell of the occultic power. Even after I had gone to Nigeria I still wasn’t satisfied with the manifestation of the “powers” I had been given. One thing you must know is that one is never satisfied with power and will always be on the quest to obtain more which lead me to go to Zimbabwe where I was given a spirit of a baby in a flower pot.

I had to go through a horrifying process to get this flower pot. Upon initiation to obtain this spirit of a baby I went to the gravesite at midnight and was told to lay on top of the fresh grave of a baby that had just been laid to rest. I had to lay on this grave naked and had to stay there for some time till the occult initiators fetch me. The thought of being caught laying in a foreign land, naked on a grave yard horrified me but it was too late as there was no turning back, if I did, I was told I would go crazy! Sometime after I went to Mozambique where they gave me two powers that I decided to name: by fire by force. These powers operated during what we call deliverance session in the church. I would say these words and It will possess people during a church -
service. Once you hear a minister say these words be cautious because such is not written in the Word of God. Our God is a consuming fire but His fire has a name and manifests through THE HOLY SPIRIT. I remember there were times where my wife, kids, siblings tried to speak some sense to me and I used to tell them: ‘this is prophetic and no one will understand it.
The day it all came crashing... I was growing in power until one day I was arrested, implicated in a mutilation case where I was quitted from the case: this was my turn around case. I hear people say; if I was not arrested could I still be practising as a false Prophet: No, I don’t think so because the life span of a false prophet is short, maybe I could be dead but Because God had a purpose with my life, He still could have used any other way to set me free. The day I was acquitted from the case, a lot of community members were not happy about that. They decided to come and burn my house but mysteriously the bus that was transporting them had punctures on the way and that's one of the miracles that manifested.
Deliverance process Deliverance is a process. I had to burn all evil altars, walk through the process of deliverance. I had to go back home [at my parents' home stayed there for spiritual rehabilitation and restoration]. Remember during that time: everyone knew about my shame [the arrest] and I felt that I am no longer fit to be called a Pastor but brethren’s in the Lord kept on reminding me who I was in Christ, this restored my life as well. My advice is that: true deliverance is free through the blood of Jesus Christ.
If you need deliverance you need to spend most of your time in prayer and also reading God’s word. Yes, we have real men and women of God who are anointed to pray for such cases. I must add that I felt guilty of all the bad things that I did and asked God for the boldness to ask forgiveness, confession and also teach the true Gospel of Christ.
MERCY RE-WROTE MY LIFE.. The reason, I came back into the ministry is because of my calling and I was helped by other Reputable men of God, to come back into the ministry. I will forever be grateful to Dr Tj Skhosana. This journey taught me a lot of things: but one lesson that I will always remember is the unconditional love and support I received from my wife, Parents, siblings and kids.

We are living in the last days, let us learn how to test the spirits. This is a sad truth that Preachers today have become Celebrity Preachers based on their Preaching performances. Pulpits have become the battlefield for Preachers not only young Preachers but this pressure include the Veterans in the Kingdom of God. The reality is that Preaching should point to Christ not how flexible is the preacher man.
Many of us, young Preachers spend most of our time trying to prepare a powerful sermon rather than allowing the Holy Spirit to present a life changing sermon through us. Remember there is no Powerful sermon because every sermon that talks about Jesus Christ is powerful
INTRUIGING Q & A Q) Is every pastor called to open a church? A) I honestly think the question should be: is every Preacher called to Pastor a Church? Honestly speaking not every Preacher is supposed to be a Pastor. When we talk about a Pastor, we are referring to a shepherd. A person who cares for God’s people. Unfortunately, today we have Powerful Preachers who are abusing God’s people, this shows you that a Preacher is not automatically a Pastor. So, it is not every Preacher who has a Pastoral heart. Q) How dangerous is pride, how does it sneak in and how can one resist it especially when having spiritual gifts)? A) Pride is self-glorification: this is dangerous because it makes a person to think that they are more special than other. Q) Is it possible for a minister of the Gospel to preach with ‘anointing & fire’ which is not coming from the Lord Jesus Christ? A) Yes, it is possible for a minister of the Gospel to preach with anointing which comes from the secret society; look at their lifestyle. Q) Can anointing be imparted or bought? A) Real anointing comes from the Holy Spirit: one has to have a close relationship with the Holy Spirit. The imparted anointing doesn’t mean that-
you have to ask someone to lay their hands on you thinking that you will receive it. Look at Barnabas and Paul, they were chosen by the Holy Spirit first before they were prayed for. A) An occult Priest is false, they don’t set you free but spiritually binds you. Look at their lifestyles. A) The truth of church products such as oils, holy water, those are spiritual mediums and the bible is against such practises.

Would you love for God's blessing to saturate your life so completely that you don’t have enough room to receive them? Would you like for them to overflow in your life beyond all that you can think or imagine? The Bible is the greatest book in the world regarding money management. God has given us many promises -
throughout the Scriptures regarding the topic of prosperity for His children, who have historically been very prosperous. Do you believe that you can never out give God? The Bible says that He owns the cattle on a thousand hills and He delights in your good fortune. Consider Abraham. The book of Genesis tells us that he was rich in cattle, silver, and gold. Solomon was the richest man in the world.
By today’s standards, he would have been a trillionaire. His horse stables were made of gold. Now that’s rich! “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” — 3 John 1:2. Jesus gave us 38 parables in the Bible; 16 deal with how to manage our possessions. There are 500 verses in the New Testament dealing with prayer, and less than 500 discussing faith. However, there are more than 2,000 verses telling us how to manage our possessions. The Scriptures make it very clear... You will either master your money, or your money will master you! The choice is yours. Would you like for God’s prosperity to explode in your life? I’m going to give you some fundamental concepts, based 100% on the Word of God, about prosperity that will completely revolutionize your thinking about money. Deuteronomy 8:18 tells us, “And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.” You will never prosper until you believe that it’s God’s will for you to prosper. The difference between living a life of prosperity and a life of poverty is a simple choice! Luke 6:38 says, “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”
Your financial success tomorrow will be determined by your obedience to God’s Word today. If you plant a seed at 5:00 p.m. this afternoon, it won’t grow into a stalk of corn by daylight tomorrow. Today you make the choice to honor God with your giving so that He can open the windows of heaven and bless your future. Continue to walk steadfastly in your decision to honor God with your finances. Every time God gives you the opportunity to give, He is also giving you the opportunity to increase. Let go of what is in your hand, so that God can bless you with what He holds in His. What He has in store for you (in His hand) is far greater than what you could ever do on your own. Your provision is determined by your obedience to His Word. Consider the spiritual realm. How did Jesus come to earth? The answer is seedtime and harvest. The seed of the woman (Mary) shall crush the head of the serpent (Satan). The Holy Ghost planted the seed in Mary’s womb, and the kingdom of Satan was forever defeated. Consider the physical realm. How did you get here? Seedtime and harvest. These two events were separated by nine months. Consider the financial realm. When you plant your seed (tithe and offering), God not only meets your need, but He rains down blessings on every area of your life. He is the God of more than enough! Give, and it shall be given unto you. If something inside of you resents giving...it’s not of God. Giving is the only proof you have that the cancer of greed has not consumed you. The day is coming when all you will have is what you have given to God.
Everything that God controls...GIVES! The sun gives light. Clouds give rain. God gave His only Son that we might be redeemed. What are YOU giving to HIM? you think that you are so far behind financially that you will never catch up, just start giving. God can make it up to you by giving you more than enough! He can give back to you what the enemy has stolen. What you may have lost in a business failure, He can restore. Your only hope of catching up is planting your seed in the Kingdom of God beginning today
When you give to God, the only thing that can happen is for you to gain on every level. Beloved, He wants to prosper you in all things. Are you willing to trust Him with the little that is in your hand, for the countless blessings that are in His? I challenge you to “try” Him! Give on a regular basis. Render unto God what is already His and wait for the tidal wave of blessings to come your way! He never makes a promise without giving you the provision. Taste and see that the Lord our God is good

Multiple pieces of research show that the most influential people in the lives of children are parents. Take that in for a moment. As a mom or dad, you are more influential than friends, teachers, youth pastors or Sunday school volunteers and anyone else. Parenting is hard work. The interesting part is it is also fun and very rewarding. Many people have experienced joy and belly-racking laughter from interacting with children. The Bible is right when it tells us that children are gifts from God. Look at children as gifts from God irrespective of who they belong to. I can hear you sighing that sometimes, being a parent or a significant adult is daunting. Did I hear you say you need a break from the little ones? From the teenage who pushes your buttons? A break from caring from the sickly child?

I can see myself feeling guilty when I get into the mode of ‘I need a break". So take heart moms and dads. Do not for a second feel you are alone because you are not. Build a community around yourself that empowers you to be a parent after God’s heart. Being a spiritual coach to your child is a Godgiven and ordained assignment. The greatest gift we can give our children is faith in a loving and great Heavenly Father. A living and loving relationship with the Lord Jesus is the best gift on this side of life. It is your job as a parent to lead your child to the Lord. We live in a world different from the one we grew up in. Many of us feel ill-equipped. God knew that, yet gave you your child. Your gift from heaven. As you live your life, remember you have a disciple watching you.
Let your words and lifestyle make your child curious about God. The first place to learn faith is our home. The following faith practices are ways of forming faith in children: have conversations about faith with your child, attend worship services together, regularly pray together, be part of helping projects, serve with your child. I challenge you and me to a faith-forming challenge: practice at least one of the faith – practices above in this month. See how it affects your faith as a family. Be intentional about faith development in your home. It is not the role of your youth pastor or Sunday school volunteer. It is your God-given role. Get up and get on with this. You got this. Be the spiritual coach your child needs today. Let’s talk again in a few weeks.

Of course, this evidence can only come by the work of God's Spirit in us. Our part is to spend time with Him in His Presence and in His Word so we can know and love His ways. Then, as we go through the day, we pay careful attention to listen to and obey Him in all things; constantly trusting His power to enable us to do what He says. Jesus is our perfect example of how to live lead by God in this world, reflecting His nature in everything. His time spent in the presence of His Heavenly Father fuelled Him with all He needed to walk in His ways. Let your time of intimacy with the Lord set the quality of your walk before others. What you receive from Him in that secret place will be reflected in the life you live.

Debt is a web that ensnares its prey and is used by the enemy to distract one from their destiny, and to lose sight of all that God has called them to be. Debt brings with it countless sleepless nights, anxiety in the heart, deterioration in health, depression, tensions and disputes in households, and so much more from the kingdom of darkness. None of that is what your Heavenly Father desires for your life while you are on this earth. In fact, the LORD desires the complete opposite for His children!
He wants you to have sweet sleep (Proverbs 3:24). He wants your heart free from trouble (John 14:1). He wants you to prosper and be in good health (3 John 1:2). He wants you to have a joy that nobody can snatch from you (John 16:22). He wants you to have an abundant life (John 10:10). If you find yourself overwhelmed by debt, and you feel there’s no way forward, just remember that there are steps you can do in the natural, and principles you can follow in the Word of God to see some light in your situation. IN THE NATURAL Do not avoid the calls and correspondence, believing the problem will disappear. In most cases, it gets more serious once legal action is instituted against you. Legal action will inevitably incur more costs, possible judgments and executions, involve attorneys,

court procedures, and inevitably add to the stress and weight of your already overwhelming problem! It is in your interests to be upfront and transparent about your financial situation, providing proof where necessary. Commit to a reasonable monthly repayment/settlement plan in the interim, until your financial position changes. Some form of arrangement is always a better option for both parties. There are various debt relief measures that are available to you. Spend some time researching these, or consult a legal professional about what would be most applicable to your situation. Consider chatting about your situation to a trusted family member or friend- someone who may be willing and in the position to assist you in the interim with a monthly repayment plan, until your situation improves! REMEMBER THE WORD OF THE LORD! Always be obedient to the LORD and His Word in your giving with what belongs to Him. He desires for you to be blessed, for your finances to be blessed, and for your household to be blessed! Malachi 3:10 says, “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground…” What a powerful promise from our Father, when we do our part in obedience! Obedience reverses all the legalities against you and your finances! It is important to evaluate the ground your finances are being sown in on a daily basis. If a person is involved in financial foolishness, whether it is lavishly spending beyond their means, squandering their children’s inheritance, using their finances in places and on things that grieve the heart of the Lord, committing bribery and corruption, then how can one expect the blessing of the Lord in this area? Now is the time to REVIEW this area, REPENT, RECTIFY, and watch the Lord REVERSE all that is crooked in your life! He can do it and desires to do it for you
Before you decide to approach your Creditor to discuss your situation and to seek an amicable solution- PRAY! The Lord is able to move the heart of anyone in your favor! Ask the Lord for wisdom in handling your financial affairs! People find themselves in sticky situations due to unwise decisions and failing to be teachable. You can never go wrong when you take good advice from others, and when you seek the counsel of the Lord in every area of your life. The Bible says in the book of James that you should ask The Lord for wisdom and He will be sure to give it to you generously! Prophet Adrian Elijah Robert said something so powerful at one of the meetings at The SuperNatural Church on the point of wisdom. He said, “Why do you think King Solomon was so wealthy? Because of wisdom! Because the wealth of Solomon’s life had to match the wisdom! The Bible says that Solomon was the wisest man. But we also know that he was the richest man! In the Bible, a widow’s life was changed in an instant when the prophet of the Lord gave her a specific instruction! She went from fearing her creditors to witnessing supernatural multiplication of the oil in her home. In 2 Kings 6 there is a powerful story of a servant who lost his masters axe head in the Jordan! In one moment he became a debtor to his Master for the lost axe head! But the prophet of the Lord, Elisha, cut off a stick and threw it into the water, causing the iron to float and be recovered! The impossible made possible!

Answer: The Bible describes God as “a consuming fire” (Hebrews 12:29), so it is not surprising that fire often appears as a symbol of God’s presence. Examples include the burning bush (Exodus 3:2), the Shekinah glory (Exodus 14:19; Numbers 9:15-16), and Ezekiel’s vision (Ezekiel 1:4). Fire has many times been an instrument of God’s judgment (Numbers 11:1, 3; 2 Kings 1:10, 12) and a sign of His power (Judges 13:20; 1 Kings 18:38).
For obvious reasons, fire was important for the Old Testament sacrifices. The fire on the altar of burnt offering was a divine gift, having been lit originally by God Himself (Leviticus 9:24). God charged the priests with keeping His fire lit (Leviticus 6:13) and made it clear that fire from any other source was unacceptable (Leviticus 10:1-2). In the New Testament, the altar can serve as a picture of our commitment to the Lord.
As believers in Jesus Christ, we are called upon to offer our bodies as “living sacrifices” (Romans 12:1), engulfed by the divine gift: the inextinguishable fire of the Holy Spirit. At the very beginning of the New Testament, the Holy Spirit is associated with fire. John the Baptist predicts that Jesus will be the One to “baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire” (Matthew 3:11). When the Holy Spirit began His ministry of indwelling the early church, He chose to appear as “tongues of fire” resting on each of the believers. At that moment, “all of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them” (Acts 2:3-4).
Fire is a wonderful picture of the work of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit is like a fire in at least three ways: He brings God’s presence, God’s passion, and God’s purity. The Holy Spirit is the presence of God as He indwells the heart of the believer (Romans 8:9). In the Old Testament, God showed His presence to the Israelites by overspreading the tabernacle with fire (Numbers 9:14-15). This fiery presence provided light and guidance (Numbers 9:17-23). In the New Testament, God guides and comforts His children with the Holy Spirit dwelling in our bodies—the “tabernacle” and the “temple of the living God” (2 Corinthians 5:1; 6:16).
The Holy Spirit creates the passion of God in our hearts. After the two traveling disciples talk with the resurrected Jesus, they describe their hearts as “burning within us” (Luke 24:32). After the apostles receive the Spirit at Pentecost, they have a passion that lasts a lifetime and impels them to speak the word of God boldly (Acts 4:31). The Holy Spirit produces the purity of God in our lives. God’s purpose is to purify us (Titus 2:14), and the Spirit is the agent of our sanctification (1 Corinthians 6:11; 2 Thessalonians 2:13; 1 Peter 1:2).

“Repent for the kingdom of Heaven is near.” (Matthew 4:17) As I stared at those words of Jesus I wondered, what kingdom? Why isn’t the kingdom already here? As I continued to study and question this verse, I was given a new understanding of my role on earth and how it affects others. God had set Israel apart to be his people on earth. So, when Jesus came to save them you would’ve thought they would recognize him. But a lot of the teachers of the law rejected Jesus, so what is already established can’t be the kingdom. Jesus himself is on earth and the kingdom is near, so why is He here? As Jesus began his ministry he was preaching, teaching and healing. I also wondered, why is Jesus healing people from diseases, demonic possession, and sickness? Yes, Jesus came to show the signs and wonders of his hand, but why? Jesus doesn’t do anything haphazardly. He plans and prepares a thing for a reason. So, why are all these people being healed? Because the kingdom of Heaven is near!

This reveals to us the importance of knowing God for who He is in our lives. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.” We see Jesus giving him the Kingdom Keys and He continues to declare what will happen when he uses the keys. The great part is that when He gave him the keys He didn’t mention any restrictions and any limitations. This is what we receive when we accept the master key who is Jesus and have knowledge and understanding of who He is and the position He holds in our lives.

We also receive the kingdom keys because we are now restored back to our positions as sons through adoption we get through the Son of God. We are given freedom to access the doors of the kingdom of heaven and we are also given authority to bind things on earth and it will be so in heaven. We are only left with the responsibility to use the keys wisely. 3 DIMENSIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AVAILABILITY- We need to be available to use the keys when needed to. Be available to exercise the authority and power given to us to help other people who need us to step in. RELIABLE- God must be able to rely on us to use us in any time He wants to and in any way He wishes to in order to help people out of their situations or even to reveal His Glory through us. RESOURCEFUL- This means we should be of good use along with the heavenly keys given to us. We should be able to help people make a decision of returning to God by serving them as instructed by God. Preach His Word to make Him known and His truth that sets people free and demonstration His Mighty power given to us by Grace. It is time we know that we have been given power by Him as soon as we know Him for who He really is. We need to stop waiting on awaiting God. Sometimes He is waiting for us to exercise the power He has given us while we are busy waiting for Him to answer our prayers. For all those who want these Kingdom keys you need the master key which is Jesus. He is the way, the truth and the life, no one will enter the Kingdom of Heaven except through Him (John 14:6).

What is a Christ Centred Marriage? When you think of a Christ centred marriage, or a biblical or Christian marriage, what comes to mind? Perhaps attending worship services together, maybe praying and doing devotions together? What if I told you that it is much more than that?
Placing God at the center of your Christian marriage or having a three-cord strand marriage is so much more than attending church, praying and doing devotions. Don’t misunderstand me here. Those things are all important, but it goes much deeper than that.
"HAVING A JESUS CENTERED MARRIAGE IS CONDUCTING YOURSELF IN A WAY, THROUGH MARRIAGE, THAT IS PLEASING TO GOD."
“PLACING GOD AT THE CENTER OF YOUR CHRISTIAN MARRIAGE OR HAVING A THREECORD STRAND MARRIAGE IS SO MUCH MORE THAN ATTENDING CHURCH, PRAYING AND DOING DEVOTIONS.” Having a Jesus centered marriage is conducting yourself in a way, through marriage, that is pleasing to God. It is following His commandments and teachings in the Bible in all you do as it relates to your marriage. It is managing your money responsibly It is setting boundaries around your marital union when it comes to family or friends It is demonstrating intimacy and sexual relations It is speaking kindly and building one another up through words and actions It is learning to disagree and fight fairly It is submitting to your husband in all things (not just the easy things) It is learning how your spouse feels love and demonstrating that love in big and small ways It is placing your husband over everything (yes, everything, even your children) It is recognizing the differences in how God created men and women and how these differences impact marriage
Some examples of a Christ centred marriage from my life (what I’m still working on) Let me give you an example. My husband and I have a wonderful marriage, but recently God was convicting me and prompted me to examine where I might not be putting Him at the centre of my marriage. He was whispering in my ear that maybe I’m not giving ALL of my marriage to Him. My husband’s needs always come first. I have his homemade sweet tea always made (and poured for him when he comes in from work), fresh baked goods every week and he never has to worry about clean clothes for work. I serve him first at dinner and we pray together and do couple’s devotionals. We attend worship services together and we are regularly intimate, however….when God convicted me, He shined a light on several areas that I need to improve. I am a typical Type A personality – I have lists for my lists and am always working and striving in the house, for my ministry and at work. I rarely slow down. My husband on the other hand, is very laid back. He knows how to relax and is always in a good mood. I, however, let my busyness get in the way of relationships and find that I can be short tempered and curt in my responses to him. I am not good at being still and struggle with patience. (God is working on me with this!)
When I respond impatiently, I am not demonstrating God’s love nor treating my husband in a way that is pleasing to God. I am to speak kindly and with “wisdom and faithful instruction”, not flippant answers because I need to check off things on my to do list. Here’s another example: This morning, we were discussing our plans for a date night. I needed to know where we were going, when we were going and what we would do – even though, it was just before 8 am. He, just rolls with the punches of the day and didn’t feel the need to worry about it until it was time to consider dinner.
God has wired us differently and I need to, as a submissive wife, let go of my desire to control every moment and let him make the decision when he was ready. THAT is putting God at the center of my marriage – not planning out every second or demanding an answer. I need to let him drive the situation and be at peace with his decision – even if that decision isn’t made until we are ready to walk out the door. -------------------------------------------Susan is a writer, speaker and the creator of Women of Noble Character ministries.

OF GOD God blessed me with my Ishmael Genesis 16: 13 So, she called the name of the Lord who spoke to her, “You are a God of seeing,” for she said, “Truly here I have seen him who looks after me.” ~ ESV I would like to give God the gratitude and the credit because without Him I am nothing. When He says YES, it is like that, because He said it that settles it. He is a good God who sees, hears, and delivers in perfect timing. During this pandemic, I can say I attest to the words spoken by Hagar in the above verse – He is a God who sees, and I have seen His greatness.

Sometime during lockdown, I passed through the waters and I did not drown, I passed through the fire, but I did not get burned. It was a time of refinement and I understood that my faith was tested but at times the flesh took over and I lost a bit of hope. I remember I got a call on the 30th of April, my former company telling me I was made redundant. I could not believe my ears, my heart shattered at that moment, tears down my face, worried how I am going to provide for my family, how I will make ends meet but because He is Jehovah Jireh, He indeed showed up and showed off! I processed the news, and they finally told me that it is effective from the 31st of May.
More tears down the face but I am glad I had a good support structure. Not understanding how God works at that moment, I was like Peter when he was walking on water. I shifted my focus a bit on Jesus and fell in the water when the storms arose. I remember I told my spiritual parents about the matter. My Spiritual Father Prophet G called and told me “Do not worry my daughter, leave it all to God, you are covered!”. Funny how God’s ways are, It happened that I spoke to another Man of God, Prophet B and he said the very same thing, “Worry Not, God is in control, He is not Man that He should ever Lie!.” It came to me that two mouth pieces of God cannot say the same thing, God is really speaking! Thereon their words comforted me and gave me strength, throughout I kept my faith and found my strength in the Lord. I stopped crying and started rejoicing because God was about to do something new. Days went by and I received a call from one of the recruitment agencies telling me I passed the assessment they would like to schedule me in for the first interview. Yes, an interview! So what happened initially was, before I got the call that I was being let go, around beginning of April I got a call from the same recruitment agency about a certain post I never applied for, and they’d like me to write an assessment and I went for it. Now here I am – first interview. As I believe that death and life lie at the tip of your tongue, I started declaring and surrendered all to God. Few days earlier – trying my luck as I was not sure I qualified, I applied for a certain designation with this other professional body and because He remains God, I got it. A week later I got a call and they told me they are still deciding, they will get back to me. mind you I was head on with another candidate. But because Grace and mercy singled me out, I was called 30 minutes later, and I was told I am through to the next round of interview with the Financial Director.
“HAVE PATIENCE EVEN THOUGH IT IS A BITTER PLANT BUT THE FRUITS ARE VERY SWEET" I went through the interview and got through the final interview with the CEO of the company. In less than a month, in a period of 17 days after the retrenchment, I was called and told I got the position. Mind you a position I never applied for. Indeed, God qualifies the unqualified, and He will make you known where you do not expect to be known. Looking back, I remember the day I cried, praying for a door of opportunities and He heard me and saw me, and it came to pass at his perfect timing as Isaiah 60:22 quotes. Yes, He blessed me with my Ishmael. He saw me, and I have truly seen Him in my life, JEHOVAH EL-ROI. His ways are not my ways, nor His thoughts my thoughts. He knows best! When tough times come, hold on to God, the process of refinement is necessary. Only the refiner knows how hot it needs to get for you to be refined, restored and revalued before He can elevate and bless you because what He deposits in you is Greater and will help you handle what he is about to bless you with. Have patience even though it is a bitter plant but the fruits are very sweet. Remember - rejection is redirection. Keep doing His principles, keep on keeping the faith! Just like it did with the woman of the issue of blood for twelve years, your faith too will make you well. Just as He came through for me, He will definitely come through for you. it is just a matter of timing!

Don’t wait for tragedy to strike. Put God in His proper place…above everything and everyone. When your eyes and heart are focused on Him, everything else will fall into place. The steps of the righteous are ordered of the LORD (Psalm 37:23). And His favor is for life (Psalm 30:5). Are you willing to miss out on blessings that He has waiting just for you because you were working extra hours at the office, ignoring your family just to have one more exotic vacation? This is certainly not God’s plan for you.
Priorities determine what you do and don’t do, where you go and where you don’t go. If you are looking for the full and abundant life, it’s time to set proper priorities. Matthew 6:21 says, “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Where do you spend your time and energy? Where do you spend your money? This is where your priorities are focused. Priorities are established over time through consistent effort. If you want to be physically fit, it takes more than one trip to the gym.
If you want to become a doctor or a lawyer, it takes more than one class. Your continued, consistent efforts will show where your priorities lie. And there are many great things in this life to focus on…but God says that we are to keep Him first above all others.

When you place God first, you are telling Him that you are ready to serve Him, that you are ready to take on the mantel of His fresh anointing.
But God anointed him, and that eventually gave David the power to become ruler over all.
The anointing is God’s mark of distinction that separates you, your family, your household, your life, your finances, your physical wellbeing, your emotional health…from everyone else. You are a child of the King, set apart. Everything that sets you apart from the things of this world comes via the anointing.
The anointing is an activator. It takes what God has placed inside of you and activates it to accomplish God’s destiny for your life. The anointing activates the power of God in your life, giving you the ability to do the seemingly impossible.
Consider what God’s anointing did for Jesse, the father of King David. David was just one of eight kids, left out in the field to tend sheep. He was ignored by his brothers. BUT…when God saw David’s heart and poured out His anointing…he was no longer just one of eight sons. He was set apart, distinguished as the one who would one day become King. Let’s be clear. David did not accomplish great success in his earthly life because he was talented or charismatic. The world is filled with charismatic people.
God’s divine anointing gave David the power to say, “You come to me with a spear and a sword. But I come to you in the name of the LORD" (I Samuel 17:45). And he watched the giant fall to the ground with a single stone.
It is the anointing that gives you strength when you are weak, that gives you joy when you should be filled with sorrow. It is the anointing that makes you as bold as a lion and gives you courage when those around you are shrinking in fear. Under the anointing, no weapon formed against you will prosper. No enemy will be victorious. Every yoke will be destroyed. Every burden will be lifted. Every crooked way will be made straight. Maybe today you feel like a victim due to circumstances beyond your control. But the awesome power found in God’s anointing can bring -

you the total victory in an instant. If you’re facing an impossible situation, He is the God of the impossible. When He anoints you, He will make a way where there seems to be no way. Psalm 23:5 (written by David) tells us, “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.” Isaiah 10:27 says, “It shall come to pass in that day that his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, and his yoke from your neck, and the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing...” To fully understand God’s anointing, you need to know what it is NOT. It isn’t a onetime event. It’s not a box to check off along your spiritual walk. “Yep. Went down to the altar today; felt the anointing.” It’s not a Christian merit badge. Christianity is about relationship, not religion. We are always growing, always seeking more of Him. It does not get you out of trouble. It’s not a get out of jail free card. Christians have problems. Bad things happen in our lives. Think about David. He still had to face the giant. But God was with him. The anointing doesn’t get you out of trouble. It gets you through trouble. Don’t fall into a case of the “Why Me’s?” You are not being persecuted. Even Jesus had bad days!
Also, the anointing is not optional. You may choose to not be anointed (as you are a freewill agent) but, according to God’s Word, the anointing is not optional. Why? Because everything that God uses, He anoints. Glance through the pages of God’s Word and see how tabernacles and people were anointed for their Kingdom purpose. Everything in the building was anointed when God commanded it…not even the curtains were left out.
Then and now…you cannot get close to God and build a relationship with Him without the anointing. If you want to experience God’s power in your life, you need to be filled with His anointing. There is no substitute. If you are looking for the power of the anointing in your life, say this prayer: Heavenly Father, today I am standing upon Your Word.
I want to live under Your anointing power. May everything that my enemies have used to try and entangle, ensnare and defeat me be broken in Jesus’ name. Touch my life, Lord. Break the yokes of bondage in my life and set me free. Help me to keep my focus on You, my priorities where they should be…so that I may serve your Kingdom. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

Reflect on what you did during that event that was helpful and what you might like to do differently this time. Develop new skills. When life is relatively calm, make a point to try things outside your comfort zone. From standing up to a difficult boss to trying a new sport, taking risks helps you develop confidence and skills that come in handy when life veers off course. Engage in self-care. Don’t let stress derail your healthy routines. Make efforts to eat well, exercise, and get enough sleep. Ask for help. If you’re having trouble managing stress and coping with uncertainty on your own, ask for help. Psychologists are experts in helping people develop healthy ways to cope with stress.

At times, I need to be reminded that I fell in love with my husband before I met my children. In the life of a busy mom, don’t forget which relationship came first. It is important that you prioritize relationships in your house. First and foremost, my top priority is my relationship with God.
I don’t feel guilty about setting time to grow in that relationship. I know the strength that I gain from my relationship with Him will make me a better wife and mother, and friend to those who need me. It’s like the professional athlete who does not apologize for shooting -

If I want my marriage to win, my family to win and my relationships to win, then I have to put God first. He is the source of my strength. He is where my peace is found. I am better in every area of my life when I put God first. The next relationship I prioritize is the one I have with my husband. The day we got married, October 4, 2003, I distinctively remember looking into his eyes and saying the words “Forsaking all others and giving myself only to you.” It’s easy to identify a few of the “others” we are to forsake. It may be our old friends or even other family members. Have you forsaken them to share your most intimate secrets with only your husband? If not, you’re depriving your husband of the role and vow you made when you committed yourself to his leadership. Sometimes, we allow our children to become more of a priority than our husbands. We have to remember our children are here because we fell in love with our husbands first and not vice versus. The enemy has a plan.
The book of John says that plan is to steal, kill and destroy and he has been working diligently against your marriage since the day you said “I do.” So, you need to make sure right after God that your top priority is the commitment you have to your spouse. Set aside time to remind your husband how special he is. Let him know that you have a date night on the calendar. If he was Sherlock Holmes he would work for Scotland Yard, but since he is not solving mysteries, don’t expect him to pick up on any clues. Look him into the eyes and tell him, “I want you to take me out for dinner next Thursday at 7pm.” Men love to succeed at an assignment and accomplish a mission. They hate wondering if they are doing the right thing. Sometimes, we women think a subtle hint is more than enough. However, if we knew the pressures that are upon the men in our lives when it comes to performing the responsibilities of taking care of the household, we would know that a billboard in the front yard could at times be much more helpful to the success of our relationship than a bad attitude at the back door when he comes home from work.
With a promise like this, how could you not live a life of priority?
If you want your marriage to succeed, make it succeed on purpose. Don’t leave it to chance. Prioritize your husband. After your relationship with God and your husband, make sure you recognize the value of your children. Psalms 127 reminds us that “children are a heritage from the Lord… and blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.” When God wanted to give you something special, He gave you your children. When you and your husband work together, with God’s grace, you not only raise children, you train them to be world-changers. I have often heard my father-inlaw say “God gave every child two parents, so that between the both of them, they would always have one good parent.” Busy moms are not perfect and God does not expect us to be. Hallelujah! I am thankful that He does not define us by our performance, but He does examine our motive. He knows why we do what we do and as long as our motive puts Him first and all other things in their right place, He has promised according to Matthew 6:33, “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

Everything is uncertain, that's the reality of life… So how do we live this life with so many uncertainties? This question has brought fear to many people, and as a result, people live meaningless lives. People tend to care less about their lives, they say to themselves that they want to enjoy life while it lasts. Well, today I have good news for you, you can still live a meaningful life and become great. We all don't know what tomorrow has for us, but the secret is to trust the One who holds tomorrow. God is the owner of this life, and without Him we just live a meaningless life.
The Word of God says, “don't worry about anything”, that doesn't mean worrying situations will not happen, but we overlook such situations and look at the One whose promises are yes and amen, our God. He is the strong tower, in Him we are safe. Run to God today, in Him you are protected against the worries of this life. Through it all He remains God and you can do all things through His.

Each season we go through God designs test and trials in order to build our spiritual muscles and increase our measure of faith. If we get frustrated and quit we will forfeit what God desires to do in and through us and revoke the right to walk in purpose and make impact for His kingdom. Yes, it does hurt. I dare you to hold on to God’s unchanging words in the midst of your uncertainty like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did when they were casted into the fiery furnace for standing up for righteousness by not bowing down to King Nebuchadnezzar’s foreign gods. The Bible says the flames did not consume the three men even when it was turned to the highest degree. Their faith in God covered them when the enemy sought after their lives and still they did not waiver in their belief.The King was so shocked and said, “ Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God” Daniel 3:25 KJV. Therefore, Jesus was standing with them in the fire. He did not forsake them when they needed Him the most. In the same way He will not turn us away when we feel less than, depressed and broken. The above activities have resulted in spirits gaining access to the "body" and binding it for eternity, moving from generation to generation, until renunciations process and repentance. Sins need to be SPOKEN OUT and be denounced by a person seeking or in the DELIVERANCE PROCESS. During Deliverance session, in dealing with very stubborn spirits, the person’s spirit might be called back in the body, so to renounce any sin. These is done under strict Holy Spirit guidance and Deliverance ministers gifted in casting demons out. The power of the tongue is especially important as the demon will not stay if a person himself or herself tells it to go. It will not have any legal right to occupy the body. Who Is My Neighbour? by Dr André and Jenny Roebert
Luke 10:29 (NKJV): "But he, wanting to justify himself, said to Jesus, "and who is my neighbor?""
The lawyer, who asked Jesus this question, started off wanting to know how he could inherit eternal life. He knew the scriptures said to love God with all his heart, soul, strength and mind; and also love his neighbour as himself. It was the last part of this requirement he was battling over, trying to justify his prejudice. It's easy to say we love the Lord, and want to pursue Him and obey His instruction concerning loving others. The truth is the only way we can really love others the way the Lord requires, is through the love He pours into our hearts. God's love is unselfish, unconditional, and without any prejudice. He cares deeply about the brokenness, the hurt and the pain of all people in this world. He wants to heal them and make them whole, restoring them to Himself. His unconditional love is best demonstrated and communicated through His own children, because it's what restores and heals us. So, instead of getting caught up in the semantics of who qualifies as "our neighbour" to love, or who is deserving to receive it; let's freely extend the love that's so freely and lavishly poured into our own hearts.

I Still Believe is a movie based on the life experiences of Jeremy Camp. This is a phenomenal journey of love and loss that goes far beyond the lives of the people involved. This story touches the deepest parts of humanity and faith.
Yes, we know that bad things happen. Jeremy’s story shows us that it’s our choice to hold on to our faith in the midst of loss, but it’s Melissa Camp’s faith that drew me to this story. In the midst of her biggest trial facing a terminal diagnosis, she keeps Christ at the centre of her life and not her fear. Her story serves as a reminder of my faith that made me question every time I’ve let fear get in the way of my moves of faith, every time I’ve stopped just short of trusting God but let logic get in my way. Her faith reminded me that even though things happen that we cannot explain, we have a greater hope. The gift that Melissa gave to us, what her life has given people, is a story that resonates the love of the Creator in the face of heartache.
Her life is a reminder that we can choose to hold on to God even when all else seems hopeless.

Can you imagine a traffic jam? …Different vehicles, different drivers, different passengers and all with different characters… Allow me to take you further in this traffic jam. What would happen if they are all trying to merge into one lane, not caring to yield, not caring for the other vehicles, and just focused on what they desire whatsoever? Can you hear the clashing of opinions, the murmuring lips, the curses or wrong things coming out of peoples mouth, the much noise in the middle of chaos- SAD- but a reality that it’s happening even now IN OUR LIVES.
When an individual doesn’t seek direction from the LORD, through relationship, they begin trying to get into the LANES that belong to others. They begin to compare character and personalities, not taking into account that they are created a specific way, with specific traits because of the place where GOD is taking them. Now I talk to you that may be reading this article today. Have you learned and/or analyzed the following; 1. Your Purpose (which clarifies your destination) 2. Your Guidance (which should be from the LORD) 3. Your Methods (which should be Holy Spirit led) Many times, individuals continue to clash because they are so focused on the neighbors lane, when God already carved out their own LANE to drive on, or walk on, or ride along on- YES, because everyone’s way of getting through that LANE is also different JUST like our destiny and Purpose in HIM. John 6:35 [35]And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. How fulfilling and satisfying it is to know that when we have Jesus we have all we need. He is what will keep us full in times of hunger. He is what will keep us filled in times of thirst. Just as physical food is important to keep you going, Jesus is the spiritual food you need to keep your inner man alive and kicking. Without him – we will faint on our way. Now just as much as we are what we eat whether physically or spiritually, in these times we are in what fills you up? Is it only temporarily or permanently? Is it sustaining you till the end? With Jesus, you will never go hungry because He is the bread of life.
because when I have you, I have the food I need. Help me to keep on having my daily bread which will sustain me externally. For I know when I am with you, I will never be hungry. AMEN.
