The Queen
The BFG is the exciting tale of a young girl named Sophie (played by B ritish newcomer Ruby Barnhill) and the mysterio us Giant – The BFG (played by Oscar winner M ark Rylance) who introduces her to the wonder s and perils of Giant Country. Make your own Dream Jar!
Dream Jars are where The BFG keeps the good dreams that he mixes before he delivers them to children using his giant trumpet. Here is a step-by-step guide on how you can make your very own!
YOU WILL NEED:
π 1x jam jar (don’t forget the lid!) π Cotton balls or cotton wool uring π 3-4 colours of acrylic paint or food colo π Cups and pencil (for mixing paint) fun!) π Glitter and sparkly stars (optional, but π Water
STEPS:
jam 1. Start by placing 4-5 cotton balls in the a jar, using a pencil to poke them flat. For extr sparkle, sprinkle glitter and sparkly stars inbetween each layer. ut 3-4 2. Fill a cup half with water and place abo . squirts of paint or food colouring in each Mix the water and paint until the colour apof the cotton pears, then pour it on top balls. Continue this process layer by layer with different colours. You can experiment with what happens when you use more or less cotton balls on each layer. 3. Finish your Dream Jar by gluing the lid tight to avoid getting ucky-mucky!
