FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE PhilRice Agusan as Nutrient Management Center is mandated to develop, improve, and promote location-specific and integrated nutrient management technologies suitable to the unique soil and agro-climatic conditions in Northeastern Mindanao with its partners towards profitable, resilient, and sustainable rice industry.
