CITY OF BELLE PLAINE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2014 Street Improvement Project Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Belle Plaine, Minnesota will meet at City Hall located at 218 North Meridian Street in Belle Plaine on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 6:05 p.m. to consider the construction of the following improvement of the 2014 Street Improvement Project.
