CITY OF BELLE PLAINE NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE 2017 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Belle Plaine, Minnesota will meet at City Hall located at 218 North Meridian Street in Belle Plaine on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 6:35 p.m. to consider objections to the proposed assessments for the public improvements of the 2017 Street Improvement Project, heretofore ordered by the City Council. The proposed assessment roll is on file with the City Administrator and open to public inspection. The area proposed to be assessed consists of every lot, piece or parcel of land benefited by said improvements, which has been ordered made and is as follows: The area to be assessed for such improvements are as follows: A.
