CITY OF BELLE PLAINE ORDINANCE NO. 14-08 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 104.01 MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL SALARIES. THE CITY OF BELLE PLAINE DOES ORDAIN: (additions shown as bold and underline): Section 1. Section 104.01, Mayor and City Council Salaries, Subd. 1., Annual Compensation. The salary of the Mayor shall be $4,600 per year and the salary of each Councilmember shall be $4,400 per year and the Mayor and Council shall receive an annual increase equal to the cost of living. SAN FRANCISCO TOWNSHIP Ordinance No. 12 ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MINERAL EXTRACTION ORDINANCE The town board adopted Ordinance No. 12 to amend its Mineral Extraction Ordinance to make the following changes: expand the potential hours of operation to 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and to clarify opportunities to request additional hours; expand the potential number of haul trucks to 24 trucks per hour one way; to allow concrete and/or asphalt to be brought in for recycling; and to clarify that the town may impose conditions on the mineral extraction permits it issues that are stricter than the standards contained within the ordinance.
