CP 27-16 House B A single-family rambler style house built circa 1969, with an above grade finished area of approximately 1,404 square feet; 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom; attached two (2) stall garage; one (1) shed and one (1) approximately 18 x 20 foot pole shed. The building described above is located in Prior Lake, Minnesota at a street address of 6941 Cleary Place, Prior Lake, Minnesota. The Contract for each building will be awarded to the highest responsible bidder. Bidders can bid on any or on all four. The County will consider the best value in the event a bidder bids on all four.
