(5) Manage Challenges and Create Opportunities: Commissioner Beard moved, seconded by Commissioner Wolf to adopt Resolution No. 2016113; Authorizing Scott County to Enter Into an Agreement With Dem-Con Companies to Partner on the Green Grades Program in an Amount Not to Exceed $29,750; and Amending the 2016 Budget for the Environmental Health Program to Recognize Additional Revenue From the Local Recycling Development Grant Restricted Fund and Increase General Program Expenses to Cover the Cost.
