TERMS FOR THE SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LAND IN SCOTT COUNTY Terms of Public Auction: Sealed Bids Only Public Sale: Minimum Sale Price must be bid. These parcels are offered at public auction and will be sold to the highest bidder. The minimum bid acceptable is the basic sale price that is shown on the list of tax-forfeited land.
