To the Residence of Jessenland Township: This November 8, 2016, you will be asked to vote for a transition from a four year term to a six year term for the Jessenland Township supervisors. What does the six year term mean? It means that you go back to a staggered concept per election so that you don’t have more than one supervisor on the ballot each year, therefore insuring that you would not have two new supervisors starting at the same time.
