THE CITY OF BELLE PLAINE DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 104.01, Mayor and City Council Salaries, Subd. 1., Annual Compensation. The salary of the Mayor shall be $4,000 $4,600 per year and the salary of each Councilmember shall be $3,800 $4,400 per year. Section 2.
