■ Provide practical support by helping people understand their options and entitlements through free, impartial and confidential advice on all issues such as housing, care and money. ■ Give people the gift of friendship and companionship by connecting and introducing them to others through our Befriending and Wellbeing services. ■ Help people remain healthy and connected and learn new skills through social activities, walks and tea and chat groups. ■ Enable people to remain independent at home by offering practical Help at Home support such as cleaning, shopping and gardening.
