We advise you not to make a date for the funeral or an appointment with the Registrar until you have spoken to us. You may wish to speak to a Funeral Director.

It is helpful for us to know if the funeral will be a cremation or a burial, as this makes a difference to the paperwork we complete. We do understand this may not have been decided when you first contact us. You can call back to inform us of your decision.
