Annual tea party a formal occasion By Charles Kreutzkamp The Berlin Citizen
The halls of the Berlin Free Library were filled to the brim with patrons attending the annual tea fundraiser April 25. UpBeat volunteers served tea and sandwiches to members of the Red Hat Society, the Berlin Historical Society, and others. “It’s a wonderful idea,” said patron Kathy Cruz, as there are not many places one can go to enjoy a traditional English tea.
