Numerous modern, internationally acclaimed shopping centres, each with its own personality and atmosphere, have made Tallinn one of the most valued shopping destinations in the Baltics. The city with a lively rhythm of life consistently contributes to environmentally friendly development, which is why it has been selected to be the European Green Capital 2023
