The Nautilus Seafood and oysters It is very likely that the seafood selection at The Nautilus is the largest, not only in Tallinn, but in all of Estonia. In addition to an abundant oyster selection, there’s a large choice of mussels and shrimps, crabs and much more. In addition to an excellent fish selection, there are meat dishes for those who don’t eat fish. The Nautilus chefs are skilful and creative and many of the dishes use seafood in surprising combinations. Some of the dishes, like king crab legs, lobster, octopus, tuna steak, as well as beef fillets are prepared on a charcoal grill.
