Taste of Tallinn T1 Mall of Tallinn The complex of eateries at the T1 Mall of Tallinn shopping centre in the Ülemiste neighbourhood of Tallinn is called Taste of Tallinn, or TOT. Restaurants, street food and café culture all meet at TOT. That’s were flavours from Asia to the Nordic countries, from Italy to India meet. The complex includes 22 restaurants, cafes and bars, of which 11 are located on the 4th floor, far from the commercial bustle. The eateries facing the city centre are connected by a spacious art gallery and terrace with million-dollar view of the city and the sea. The Ferris wheel and Panorama T1 Bar also provide stunning panoramas.
