NOOT Discover authentic Estonian flavours The NOOT is a modern restaurant in Pärnu’s beach district. The resort-like interior has been inspired by folk designs. Rudolf Visnapuu, the renowned head chef and author of the menu, uses mostly local and seasonal ingredients to create his dishes. The menu is fresh and based on Estonian food traditions, while also stimulating the taste buds of gourmets with exciting combinations. Timeless and traditional recipes along with modern additions, and some global flavours, produce simple, visually interesting and tasty dishes.
