Tchaikovsky

A gastronomic symphony

The Tchaikovsky is respectable and formal, but in a subtle way – a slight undertone of nostalgia and a touch of theatricality don’t let its respectability predominate. Just like in a good musical composition, various themes are united in the menu – French flavours, Russian traditions, and Estonian raw ingredients – in order to provide an enjoyable combination. The style of cuisine at restaurant Tchaikovsky, dictated by head chef Denis Golik, is one of the best in Estonia and has received international recognition.
