MILESTONES BAR/BAT MITZVAHS: Elana Wohlberg ‫אילנה זיסל‬

Daughter of Melissa and Jon Wohlberg November 6, 2021 Elana attends 7 grade at Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School. She is the sister of Maya ’25 and Judah ’30, granddaughter of Sherry and Mitchell Wohlberg, Donna Kimmelman, Hillary and the late Joel Wohl. Elana’s hobbies include dancing, singing, theater, and art. For her mitzvah project, Elana donated to and volunteered for The House of Ruth to help women and children who are homeless or abused.

Lucy attends 6th grade at Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School. She is the sister of Naomi ’26, Julie ’30, Kira ’31 and Nava, granddaughter of Adrian and Marty Auster; Alice and Burton Cusner. Lucy’s hobbies include singing and art. For her mitzvah project, Lucy, her family and close friends are volunteering at Art With a Heart, a Baltimore-based non-profit that enhances the lives of people in need through visual art.

Daughter of Jennifer Kevelson Margolese December 4, 2021

Naia attends 6th grade at Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School. She is the sister of Annabelle ’31 and Serena, granddaughter of Marsha and Ira Kevelson and Esther Nechama z”l and Mordechai Zev Margolese. Naia loves participating in theater, singing, dancing, and spending time with her friends. For her mitzvah project, Naia is coordinating the creation and donation of inspirational art for the children of Chai Lifeline. She is also collecting donations.

NEW MEMBERS: We warmly welcome the following new members to our Beth Tfiloh family: Adam Davis ’09 and Eli Davis ’12 Adam and Eli are BT school alumni. Adam graduated from the University of Maryland in 2014 with a degree in fire protection engineering and is an avalanche forecaster for the state of Wyoming. Eli graduated from the University of Maryland in 2016 with a degree in journalism and is the senior communications manager for Dragonfli Media in Salt Lake City, UT. Their parents are our members Drs. Ron and Sally Davis. Deborah and Jonathan Willis Deborah and Jonathan Willis and their daughters, Julia ’22 and Madeline, who attends the University of Maryland. Deborah is a fundraiser for the Baltimore Museum of Industry and Jonathan is a teacher at Kenwood High School. Deborah is the daughter of our members, Senator Ben and Myrna Cardin. Jeffrey Chernak Jeffrey is a retiree. Samantha Magnes Bradley Harrison ’19 Bradley is a BT alumus ’19. His parents are our members, Faith and Adam; his sister Maia ’15 is also a BT shul member and school alumna. Esther Levi Esther is the relative of our member, Clement Levi. Wade Miller Wade lives in Boston and is engaged to Daphne Schlesinger. Benjamin Aryeh, Daphne Esther and Danielle Rebecca Schlesinger Benjamin, Daphne and Danielle are the children of our members, Liora and Tuviah Schlesinger. Danielle works as a scientist for John’s Hopkins University’s Applied Physics Lab. Benjamin and Daphne are students. BETH TFILOH BULLETIN
