GUIDELINES TO KEEP YOU SAFE BEFORE YOUR VISIT SEATING PODS: Tickets are available for sale in pods of 2 and 4 seats. All ticketholders from your booking will be seated together in a pod which will be socially distanced 2 metres away from other pods.

VENUE CAPACITY: Audience capacity will be in line with the most recent Government capacity guidelines and auditorium and foyer seating will be spaced in adherence with this.

CONTACT TRACING: When you book your ticket, we collect your name and email address for contact tracing purposes.

Once you arrive at the venue, we will confirm the contact name and phone number of the lead person within your party. This information will be held for one month only.

STAY SAFE: If you or any of your party have COVID-19 symptoms please do not attend the theatre - visit hse.ie or phone HSE Live 1850 24 1850 and email us to request a refund at justask@bgetheatre.ie.

UPON ARRIVAL MASKS: Masks and face coverings are mandatory at all times in the venue, apart from when seated in designated foyer areas to eat/drink. If you have proof of medical exemption to not wear a face covering, please tell a member of staff upon arrival. Vaccinated patrons must still wear masks in the venue.

SANITATION: Sanitising stations are available at the entrance and throughout the building – please sanitise your hands upon entry.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: When entering and moving about the venue please remain at least 2 metres away from those not in your pod.

ONE WAY SYSTEM: A one-way system will be in operation at the main entrance with designated entry and exit doors.

Please observe all safety signage around the building.

REDUCED CAPACITIES: Bathroom and elevator occupancies will be reduced - please observe all capacity signage.

DURING YOUR VISIT VENTILATION: Advanced ventilation systems are in place and air is not re-circulated. Fresh air from outside is pushed into the venue and stale air pushed out.

CLEANING: Professional cleaning staff will sanitise all hightouch areas regularly.

STAFF PROTOCOLS: Staff will be wearing masks and all personnel will adhere to the venue’s extensive COVID-19 policies to ensure best safety practices.

FEELING UNWELL: If you feel unwell during your visit, please contact a member of staff who will provide assistance.

RESPIRATORY HYGIENE: Please cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing and discard used tissue in the bin.

AFTER THE PERFORMANCE: Staff will direct your pod on how best to exit the auditorium and venue to ensure social distancing.
