ARCHITECTS PROYECTOS ARQUI 5: RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNING UPGRADES TO THE SAN RAFAEL AND UNIDO NEIGHBORHOODS OF THE LA VEGA BARRIO. THROUGH A WELL-DEVELOPED COMMUNICATION PROCESS, THEY DEVELOPED A PLAN THAT ADDRESSED THE COMMUNITY’S CONCERNS BY FOCUSING ON ACCESS NETWORKS RATHER THAN OPEN SPACES

COMMUNITY SAN RAFAEL AND UNIDO NEIGHBORHOODS: WORKED CLOSELY WITH THE ARCHITECTS AND HAD A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE PLAN THAT RESULTED. THE PROJECT REQUIRED AND ACHIEVED 75% WRITTEN APPROVAL BY THE COMMUNITY BECAUSE IT ADDRESSED SPECIFIC CONCERNS ABOUT OPEN SPACE AND ACCESS TO UTILITIES
