The Feldenkrais MethodTM: Movement Seminars

Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1981) was an engineer, physicist, and Judo master. In Israel, the Feldenkrais Method is as common as yoga is in the States. Jacqueline Rubenstein has studied the Feldenkrais Method for over six years. In 2011, she graduated from the Feldenkrais Professional Training program in New York City. She works with people of all ages and abilities.

Reducing Chronic Pain

Do you have pain when you stand for short or long periods of time? Learn to stand more comfortably by using your skeleton to naturally support you and by using movement as a way to release tension.
