Editor’s Note ROARING WITH WHITE TIGER LOVE ONE! We are white tigers. TWO! A little bit louder. THREE! I still can’t hear you. WE ARE NUMBER ONE! Indeed, November is the season of thanksgiving. Thus, I am greatly thankful for my awesome tigers. During this month of gratitude, I made the best memories with the most wonderful people in Key Club. I hope y’all are having thankful days with those who are precious to you. It is a good time to express gratitude to your neighbors, friends and family members. It won’t hurt to say a simple thank you…would it? Anyhow, I cannot believe that our first academic semester is almost coming to an end. The time flew by so quickly. As we are heading toward a winter break, here is a little advice: whatever it may be, don’t procrastinate. Push forward and finish strong. Especially on your studies for your final exams, do not doubt yourself but prepare little by little each day. Never start to fall apart; don’t give up. I believe in all ya’ll to do well till the end.  In the Spirit of Service, Dohee Lee BHS Key Club Bulletin Editor, 2013-2014

L.O.V.E. WE LOVE OUR ANI B! The week after the Fall Rally, those who went to the Fall Rally spoke on their reflection in front of the members of BHS Key Club. All of us were still in so much spirit that we cheered on and on in our awesome white tiger gears. In addition, we had a time of appreciation for our president Ani Byurat. We gave a big tiger hug and some cookies as an appreciation for her sweetness. This surprise event was so successful. A big shout out to Ryan Thangtamsatid for this wonderful idea.

Division 16/ Region7 News 4

HEAR FROM YOUR D16 LTG CLAUDIA DIAZ 16 IS BOOM DYNAMITE!

We did it White Tiger!! We won the spirit stick and defended our territory! I could not be more proud of you all. From the second you all entered the Golden Bear theatre I was blown away by all of your spirit. You bared your claws and roared your hearts out and that’s more than I could ever ask for. You see Division 16, had we not won, I would STILL be just as proud of you all as I am right now because I would have known that you tried nothing but your best. Division 16, we began with a mere meow to a no ferocious ROAR. Winning the spirit stick is more than I could have ever imagined. Aside from winning the spirit stick, we raise $2,550 for PTP, bought D25W LTG Matthew Remnick AND District Secretary Amanda Redublo. I am so honored and blessed to be serving you all. Division16 has the BEST members in the entire world and we’re here to STAY. No one can ever take that away from us. We have enough spirit, heart, and love (TIGER LOOOOVE) to end this year with a BANG. We have 5 months left this year, let’s make the best of it. How about we get ANOTHER spirit stick? DCON 2014? How does that sound? Because it’s definitely attainable. Just remember one thing: you are all GOLDEN White Tigers. Didn’t get a chance to hold or take a picture with the spirit stick? Then look out for information on our 2nd annual WINTER CHILL!! It will be in December, more information to come soon! Will YOU be there?

CONG RADUL ATION

TO OUR NEW MEMBERS OF

D16 EXEC BOARD!!! MEMBER RECOGNITION CHAIR: CANDACE KIM

“I am so honored to serve the division as the new member recognition chair! Although service is not about recognition, I think that recognizing members is very important because it really shows that their work is appreciated. I am really looking forward to helping recognize members through contests and other events. It is truly exciting to be able to be a part of the division board again as the member recognition chair!”

THIRD SPIRIT CHAIR: RYAN THANGTAMSATID “I’m extremely excited to be spirit Chair. If there’s something I might be able to help with is spirit. I’ve always wanted to help our division in whatever way I can, and helping white Tigers learn how to ROAR is a great place to start! It’s exactly what I want to do and originally came to do. I couldn’t be more thankful for such an amazing chance to help my fellow Tigers.”
