SPECIAL TIME THIS FRIDAY 9:30am - 10:30am $15 per class OR $100 per month

This class is a fun way to get fit and stay flexible. The first half of the class focuses on strengthening arms, legs and core through weightlifting and calisthenics. The last half of the class is yoga stretching focused on balance and flexibility. Taught be Sue Fagan, Certified Instructor who has been teaching for over 40 years.
