T he bust of the housing bubble forced a q uick , dramatic sustained shift in the residential market, increasing demand for downtown living . “My daily walk to work gets my energy up for a great day. I normally stop by Tipsy Teapot for a coffee or a quick bite to eat for breakfast. If I need anything at all, I’m a stones throw away from multiple businesses and restaurants. It’s awesome to be able to go out, listen to live music at Peasants, see a mariachi band at Chico’s, or attend Freeboot Friday, and walk home!”
