Indoor-Open Housing

During this housing project I’ve aimed to create an experience of open space and garden for every tenant.

Both apartment variations have a strong focus on the commonunal areas. The kitchenlivingroom spaces have sliding glass walls facilitate an indoor-open situation in the heart of the apartment.

There are two types of flats. The Northern one gets East and West sunshine, and the South one is surrounded by variations of direct sunshine from the East, West and South side as well. Metal shaded facade system profects the building and also facilitates a versatile, changing look during the day and the seasons.

Loggias and facade system protect from the harmful rays of and also supporting privacy.

The stairway, given the glass facade and the shade system, is very much suitable for growing house aplants all-year-round.
