Work-Related Project Analysis, Part I & II Systems Analysis and Design
Work-Related Project Analysis, Part I & II Assembling once more in a week, the requirements needed for the implementation of the bar-code system were discussed by the team. It was settled that the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for this project has three main goals: guarantee that high quality system is developed, provision of able management control over the project and maximization of the efficiency of staff. For these goals to be completed there are certain things that are expected from the team itself: providing support to departments of all ranks and types throughout the facility, being supportive towards all technical activities and management activities, being extremely efficient and assisting on the process of installation (Bender RBT INC, 1984). The IT supervisor also threw light on the need of continuous support availability for the staff when the system is being put into effect.
