Prepare BIM Strategy, BIM Execution Plan , BIM Standards & BIM Guidelines as per client requirements Creating Employers Information Requirements (EIRs), which is a document outlining the client’s needs, and make sure that every team member knows what they need to do.

Make sure that the contractual documents and employer requirements has been understood and followed by all team members.

Work with the construction team to identifying the problem at early stage and solve it before the work commenced on site.

4D plaining and scheduling.

Work with the design manager / team for the RFI issuing presses.

Make sure all the team understood the scope of work .

Setting up and managing a CDE and aligning the BIM workflows.

Assisting estimators and quantity surveyors.

Managing the model changing process, and make sure that all changes are controlled and recorded by issuing a CRF (changing request form) by the subcontractors.

Managing the BIM service providers and subcontractors, checking the models and make sure they submit the required deliverables on time with the required quality and as per client requirements.
