Logistics Conference: 2nd – 6th of March 2016 Faci Pre-meeting starts on: 29th of February 2016 (Full participation is compulsory) Post-meeting is on: 7th of March 2016

Good overview about main global & national directions and realities  Strong understanding of the current operations (new customer flow, etc) Creative and innovative approach to conference delivery  Quality facilitation experience Dynamic and inspiring personality

Availability: Preparation for the conference can require up to 5 hours of work per week from your selection till the pre-meeting.

Preparation Flow:    

Faci team intro and agenda input: 11th of February Agenda confirmation and final session allocation by 15th of February Session content and material finalization by 24th of February Arrival to pre-meeting with session outlines and session materials ready

Faci Profile We are looking for Facis with: - Previous and/or current experience in front office operations, and/or back office areas management (especially Finance, OD) Selection: The final decision will be made based on applications.

2. What would be your unique contribution to the facilitators’ team and to the conference? You may use this space to specify additional skills that you can bring to a facilitator team (eg. Design a session outline (1 page) with the objective of driving growth and high standards-aligned experiences under our focus programmes for this summer peak and beyond (iGCDP and oGCDP). Session duration is of 1,5 hours. Feel free to use any session outline template.
