Prom 2016 This year’s Prom was held at Suncoast Hotel and Casino on April 9th. Students who attended this Vintage Vegas themed event were treated to a buffet dinner, delicious desserts, and dancing. A special moment during the night was the presentation of our Prom Court and the crowning of our Prom Queen, Sasha Araujo '17 and Prom King, Sean Hale '17.

Thespians to Perform at The Smith Center On Sunday, May 29, 2016, Veronica Matthews '17 & Christian O Brien '16 will be representing Bishop Gorman High School at the annual Nevada High School Musical Theatre Awards at the Smith Center. Christian will be reprising his role as Harold Hill while Veronica will be reprising her role as Marian Paroo both from our 2015-2016 musical, The Music Man. To support our thespians at this event on May 29, you may secure your tickets at The Smith Center website.

Previously, at the 2013 competition, Maddison Turner won the award for Best Actress and Raymond Winters won the award for Best Actor. Both advanced to the National High School Musical Theatre Awards in New York City and performed on the Broadway stage at the Minskoff Theatre.
