BRAND NEW ENTREPRENEURIAL EVENT HELD

The Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC recently partnered with the University of Mary, local entrepreneurs and angel investors to host the first Startup Essentials.

The event was held at University of Mary’s Butler Center in Bismarck and provided an opportunity for attendees to hear from local founders and entrepreneurs. Also presenting was Greg Syrup who is a founding partner of 701 Fund.

701 Fund is a Grand Forks based venture capital fund that has been around since 2015 and invested in over 20 companies. The event was meant to foster the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bismarck Mandan by engaging new or interested entrepreneurs.

This is just one way the Chamber EDC is taking a more proactive approach in growing our local entrepreneurial community.
