VAHINIPlutarch.kindles
the imagination of our learners. I congratulate the staff and students of all faculties who used various mediums of expression to present their ideas. If our ideas are expressed and thoughts kindled, we can be sure of learning, as everything begins with an idea. Just as our mother earth gives us more and more, VAHINI will enable our learners to give and get a little more of learning. Happy reading!
RBANMS First Grade College

Regards, Dr. M. Jayappa Principal
Education does not only mean academic excellence. It rather is a harmonious and synchronized combination. of hand (skiffs like various arts), head (Intellectual Power), and heart (Value system). In the present era of the digitalized world, the biggest challenge for educators and parents is to nurture young minds with the indelible impressions of holistic education.

If we want to leave our footprints on the sand of time, we should not drag our feet. With this intention and farsightedness, he set up RBANM ‘s Educational charities and lit a lamp in every being who wanted to educate himself.
ur ideas and ideals can never be solid possessions until we express them in life. Every man is aware that this life is fleeting and momentary.

Rai BahadurArcot Narrainswamy is a missionary, who envisioned that education is a tool that empowers an individual and at the larger milieu would eradicate poverty and lead the nation on the path of progress. His concept was to make education accessible even for the poorest of poor, and felt that was the way of service to the society.
He began his life as a travelling salesman, selling vegetables at Madras and salt at Bangalore. He attracted the notice of His highness the Maharaja Krishnaraja Wadiyar III and earned the honour of a visit of his Highness Chama Rajendra Wadiyar. He widened his sphere and bagged the contract for the construction of the magnificent Public Offices in Cubbon Park and made a large fortune and was acclaimed as “Merchant Prince of Bangalore”. It could be said about him Could walk with kings and yet not lose the common touch.
Like Dr.APJAbdul Kalam feels, dreams are really important and our institution is the manifestation of our founder profonde dream. This cherished dream, has become a reality and completed thirty nine successful years of exemplary service in the field of higher education. To commemorate the occasion , we bring the fourth edition of Vahini, an annual newsletter.
He came from a family of less fortune and had a testing childhood. He had to shoulder the responsibility of his family from a
very young age.
