Erwindale Sir Spice 2257
The ultrasound ribeye area of Lot 11 was the largest measured at the Development Center this year and he looks the part. This is backed up with superb carcass trait EPDs for REA and Marbling. His growth numbers are in the top 10% of the Red Angus breed. He is a quality meat making machine!

Sire of Lots 12, 13 & 14
We tried to buy the sire of this bull, Feddes Treadstone 704-9352, but ended up as the contending bidder behind Leland Red Angus in Montana. The good news is that we were some of a chosen few who were given the privilege of purchasing semen on him, and have used him rather extensively. Treadstone is a multi-dimension bull, who does many things very well, and is a very balanced breeding tool. Kingston RK01 is a lot like his sire, as his enhanced genomics reveal that he is in the top: 33% Grid master, 20% WW, 38% milk, 23% marb, 20% REA.
