The Wellness-Week Signature Program is tailor made to you as you train, with daily assessments and extra rest time when needed. For the whole duration of the programme you will be surrounded by private coaches with invaluable expertise. Through anthropometric tests of body size, structure, and composition, our experts will support you for devising a smart workout strategy and getting the real results you’re after.
