CASAFORTE S.B., Naples Weekend del contemporaneo #AMACI October 2015 Inpired by Paris, Texas' Wim Wenders CAN YOU SHOW ME THE PART OF THE BODY THAT YOU HATE ? CAN YOU SHOW IT TO ALL OF US? WHAT IS THE TIME IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU WERE WRONG? WHEN I DID NOT TELL HER THAT I LOVED HER. After the july experience we decided that in order to concretize the urgence of burning, very well expressed through the physical work and through the text, we needed a much more visual work and interaction around something recalling Desert and burning. Two artists from Naples, Valeria Borrelli,and Antonio Sacco , had the answer, Two amazing artists, rare to find in the all world, They created some real volcans in their neapolitan space Casaforte S.B.. I asked them to find a way to film the actors interacting with the volcans. Antonio e Valeria invited us in their home, which is either their magnificient house than a work and exhibition space , where they pursue the objective of an environment where artists can live and stay while researching. We thought that BRUCIO (burn), could be the name of this venue inserted in the Contemporary weekend . We all flought from Paris to Naples where the three volcans ( white one, ironed one with monitors, one volcan made with real sand) became the final ideal step of this exploration . With a performance site -specific where we used the space and the 8 actors and the volcans. We created a video in super 8 to be filmed during our performance and next show . and we presented a cycle of site specific performances where spectators where brought into an atmosphere that was either magic than burning. We literally burned a fire . We placed actors allover the space changing position , being in rooms , in toilets, downstairs, upstairs, behind huge glasses, And in the volcans.
